Chris Connelly - Ascension
This music video was made for the track “Ascension” from the 2018 Chris Connelly album “Bloodhounds”. The song is about the two Saint Catherines- one of Siena who moved through the male dominated world of the church, the other of Alexandria who was martyred on the wheel. Imagery and texture blur together to create a movement of one woman through the moments just preceding and through her ascension. Featuring Vanessa Langford.
